These features are also encountered in reactive conditions, T-cell clones of uncertain significance, and NK cell clones of uncertain significance.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>In light of the intricate diagnostic landscape, LGLL workup must encompass clinical, morphologic, immunophenotypic, clonal, and molecular findings.
