摘要

研究目的是分析:1)变革型领导对武吉丁宜皇家德奈集团酒店员工绩效的影响。2)工作氛围对武吉丁宜皇家德奈集团酒店员工的绩效有重大影响。3)变革型领导对武吉亭吉皇家德奈集团酒店员工的工作纪律有显著影响。4)工作氛围对武吉亭吉皇家德奈集团酒店员工的工作纪律有重要影响。5)工作纪律对皇家德奈武吉丁宜酒店员工的绩效有重要影响。6)通过工作纪律实现变革型领导对武吉丁宜皇家德奈集团酒店员工的绩效有显著影响。7)通过工作纪律形成的工作氛围对武吉丁宜皇家德奈集团酒店员工的绩效有重要影响。本研究使用偏最小二乘法(PLS),采用目的性抽样方法,抽取 87 人作为样本。数据类型和来源为第一手数据和第二手数据。
