The main outcome was the evolution of the percentage of time-in-range (TIR, 70-180 mg/dL) between the two time points, and secondary outcomes were the evolution of other CGM parameters and frequency of acute metabolic events. <b><i>Results:</i></b> We observed no statistical difference regarding TIR (mean±SD) (63 ± 11% during fasting vs. 62 ± 12% before) as well as for other parameters including time spent under 70 mg/dL (1.1 ± 1.0% vs. 1.5 ± 1.3%) and percentage of HCL use (93 ± 5% vs. 94 ± 5%). No acute metabolic event was observed during fasting under HCL.
