摘要
随着中国人口老龄化的加剧，老年弥漫大 B 细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）患者的人数将继续增加。为了最大限度地发挥治疗潜力，同时最大限度地降低毒性风险，需要进行个体化治疗。为提高我国老年弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的诊断和治疗水平，中华医学会血液学分会淋巴细胞疾病学组和中国临床肿瘤学会淋巴瘤专家委员会组织相关专家制定了本共识。
