For quantification, the optimized ultra-performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method was employed for the simultaneous determination of 13 target compounds within 12 min. The sensitivity, precision, reproducibility, and accuracy of the method were satisfactory. This validated UPLC-MS/MS method was successfully applied to analyzing 15 batches of JHZP.
