Balanced expression of HLA-DM and HLA-DO can influence the presentation of leukemia-associated antigens and peptides targeted by alloreactive T cells, therefore affecting both anti-leukemia immunity and the potential onset of Graft <em>versus</em> Host Disease. We leveraged on a large collection of bulk and single cell RNA sequencing data, available at different repositories, to comprehensively review the level and distribution of HLA-DM and HLA-DO in different cell types and tissues of the human body.
