The study proposes a model approach to a multifaceted analysis of the key factors determining the construction of effective development strategies of industrial enterprises as a way to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise in the long term. The study used a 3x3 linkage matrix divided into zones within which the results of surveys (carried out using a modified BOST questionnaire) were distributed, and statistical analyses were carried out to determine the level of importance of the considered factors from the area of technological capabilities and product competitiveness referring directly to the idea of sustainable development. The identified key factors referring to eco-development (optimization of the use of productive resources, design of a closed production cycle, in-house research and development) make up the development of new innovative sustainable technologies that will contribute to material savings and efficient use of energy, and thus have a positive impact on the environment. 摘要

目的是通过确定与技术能力和产品竞争力有关的、影响企业实现目标和取得成功的关键因素,开发并实际验证一个模型,使生产过程的特点与生态发展的理念相一致。研究提出了一种模型方法,从多方面分析决定工业企业构建有效发展战略的关键因素,以此实现企业的长期战略目标。研究使用了一个 3x3 联系矩阵,并将其划分为若干区域,在这些区域内分发调查结果(使用经修改的 BOST 问卷进行),并进行统计分析,以确定直接涉及可持续发展理念的技术能力和产品竞争力领域的考虑因素的重要程度。所确定的生态发展关键因素(生产资源的优化利用、封闭式生产周期的设计、内部研发)构成了新的可持续创新技术的发展,这将有助于节省材料和有效利用能源,从而对环境产生积极影响。在一家制造公司对所开发的模型进行验证后,证实了该模型在为决策支持进行数据分析方面的实用性。

Acta Montanistica Slovaca is the only scientific journal of this kind in Central, Eastern and South Eastern Europe. The submitted manuscripts should contribute significantly to the international literature, even if the focus can be regional. Manuscripts should cite the extant and relevant international literature, should clearly state what the wider contribution is (e.g. a novel discovery, application of a new technique or methodology, application of an existing methodology to a new problem), and should discuss the importance of the work in the international context.
