Here, we analyze and summarize the experimental and some theoretical results, which served us to design a phenomenological model for the SHS synthesis of 2D graphene structures. The main focus is on the results obtained over the last decade. The prospects for ongoing research into the carbonization of biopolymers are discussed. Few-Layer Graphene Produced by the Self-Propagating High-Temperature Process from Biopolymers: Synthesis, Properties, and Application (a Review)
Abstract
