摘要

产品设计是一个创新过程,通过问题陈述、概念、初步设计和详细设计等阶段,满足客户的需求、企业的要求和自身的局限性。在当前的产品设计和开发过程中,设计目标的制定在目标设定、项目实施、产品需求和要求规范以及执行活动验证中起着至关重要的作用。目前,设计和开发阶段在产品可持续性中的作用,确定改善这一阶段的战略具有特别重要的意义,关注产品规划和定义过程组,重点在目标书中确立可持续性原则并定义新的属性,可视为可持续产品开发战略之一。因此,本研究是在目标图书中应用可持续发展原则作为产品规划阶段可交付成果之一的案例研究。本研究通过调查汽车行业专家、应用 DEMATEL 和模糊 ANP 组合方法以及评估和确定新属性,提出了开发目标手册属性的策略,以此作为在设计和开发过程中发挥可持续发展支柱作用的工具。
