By improving the network structure and connection mode, and redefining the loss function of the network, the improved model performs well in many groups of comparative experiments. A securities quantitative trading system based on deep reinforcement learning is designed, which organically combines models, strategies and data, visually displays the information to users in the form of web pages to facilitate users' use and seeks the trading rules of the financial market to provide investors with a more stable trading strategy. 摘要

通过梳理目前证券量化交易的不足,提出了一种新的深度强化学习建模方法,改进了状态、动作和奖励函数的抽象;在传统DQN算法的基础上,提出了RB_DRL深度强化学习算法模型。通过改进网络结构和连接模式,重新定义网络的损失函数,改进后的模型在多组对比实验中表现良好。设计了基于深度强化学习的证券量化交易系统,该系统将模型、策略和数据有机结合,以网页的形式将信息直观地展示给用户,方便用户使用,并寻求金融市场的交易规则,为投资者提供更稳定的交易策略。该研究成果在金融投资领域具有重要的实用价值和研究意义。
