In the third and final phase, validation of the questionnaire was evaluated using face, content and construct validity as well as reliability.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>In exploratory factor analysis, three subscales including: satisfaction with nursing staff communication (5 items), satisfaction with nursing care (12 items), and satisfaction with decision making (5 items) were extracted by Eigen value above one and factor load above 0.5. 摘要

研究目的本研究旨在编制并验证重症监护病房住院患者的陪护满意度问卷:这是一项方法研究,分三个阶段进行:第一阶段,通过定性内容分析法确定了重症监护病房住院患者陪护满意度的概念。在第二阶段,根据第一阶段的研究结果编制问卷的早期项目。在第三阶段,也就是最后一个阶段,采用面效度、内容效度、结构效度和信度对问卷进行了验证:在探索性因子分析中,提取的三个子量表包括:护理人员沟通满意度(5 个条目)、护理满意度(12 个条目)和决策满意度(5 个条目),其特征值大于 1 且因子载荷大于 0.5。所编制问卷的内部一致性和稳定性分别为 0.94 和 0.95,表明信度可以接受:结论:所编制的 22 个项目的问卷对于测量伊朗重症监护病房住院患者的陪护满意度是有效和可靠的。
