{"title":"恢复精神科心理健康 APRN 角色:以 \"致富解决方案 \"和 \"持久教育框架 \"为支撑的劳动力发展设计创新报告,第一部分。","authors":"Martha M Libster, Leslie Evers","doi":"10.1097/01.NEP.0000000000001315","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"<p><strong>Background: </strong>The change from a clinical nurse specialist to nurse practitioner model has significantly affected graduate education and practice because of emphasis on the dominant biomedical prescriber role, marginalizing the nurse-psychotherapy and consultation-liaison roles fundamental to quality psychiatric advanced practice nursing practice.</p><p><strong>Aim/method: </strong>We report on a four-year Workforce Development Project supported by an academic-practice partnership to restore formation and skill building of the marginalized roles.
