Here, we presented the case of two patients with advanced MSI-H gastric cancer/EGJ adenocarcinoma who had no residual tumor following neoadjuvant FLOT chemotherapy maintaining a complete response for more than 30 months, suggesting MSI-H status to be a positive prognostic marker also in patients treated with a taxane-containing triplet in this setting.
