Relationships between cMMN waveforms, symptom severity, and measures of functioning were explored. We found reductions of cMMN amplitudes at the site of maximal amplitude in EPP (<i>p </i>= .017) with large effect sizes (<i>Hedges' g </i>= 0.96). This study is an early step in the exploration of the cMMN as a biomarker for psychosis.
