摘要

单克隆丙种球蛋白病(MG)是一系列相关疾病的总称,其中以意义未定的单克隆丙种球蛋白病(MGUS)最为常见。在每一例淤积性多发性骨髓瘤(SMM)和临床多发性骨髓瘤(MM)发生之前,都会出现 MGUS。从MGUS发展为MM的风险约为每年1%[1],而对于SMM患者来说,2年内发展为MM的风险可高达63%[2]。虽然人们已经认识到 MG 与代谢状况之间存在关联,但确切的致病机制仍难以确定。肥胖可能被认为是从 MGUS 发展为 MM 的一个重要因素,也是 MM 死亡率较高的一个重要因素[3]。相反,肥胖者可能会改善复发/难治性 MM 的无进展生存期和总生存期[4]。然而,体重指数并不影响因 MM 而接受造血干细胞移植的患者的死亡率[5]。
