Recent advancements have focused on developing FAP-specific radioligands for diagnostic imaging and targeted radionuclide therapy. This perspective summarized the latest progress in FAP radiopharmaceutical development, highlighting novel radioligands, preclinical evaluations, and potential clinical applications.
