Post-weld heat treatment influences joint strength and fracture behavior, with intermetallic compound (IMC) formation at the weld interface affecting mechanical properties. IMC cracking is observed in heat-treated samples. Fracture analysis reveals material transfer and secondary brazing action outside the weld zone.
