However, their association with outcomes in patients receiving T-cell redirecting bispecific antibodies (bsAb) is unclear. This multi-centre retrospective study examines the association of baseline GPS and CAR-HT scores with outcomes in 126 MM patients treated with bsAb. Overall, 19% were identified as GPS high risk but did not experience increased toxicity or mortality.
