By strategically placing ProGrasp™ forceps in the most caudal port, we effectively retracted the bladder and grasped the opened bladder wall during lower ureter manipulation. This approach also allowed us to perform pelvic, para-aortic, and renal portal lymph-node dissection without major changes in patient positioning or port placement.
