However, the mechanism of treatment-related ferroptosis and the application prospects and strategies for future treatment still require further clarification. This review highlights the molecular relationships between different clinical antitumour drugs, including commonly used chemotherapy drugs, radiation therapy and vitamins, and ferroptosis.
