Financial flexibility plays a mediating role in the relationship between executive team's digital background and corporate innovation. In non-state-owned firms with longer executive tenure, executive team's digital background has a more significant effect on corporate innovation. 本研究以2018年至2022年中国深沪A股非金融类上市公司为研究样本，探讨高管团队数字化背景与企业创新之间的关系。实证研究表明，高管团队的数字化背景能够显著促进企业创新。财务灵活性在高管团队数字化背景与企业创新之间的关系中起中介作用。在高管任期较长的非国有企业中，高管团队的数字化背景对企业创新的影响更为显著。本研究为加强企业创新提供了理论支持和实践指导。
