We evaluated the efficacy of ensitrelvir for the treatment of cough due to coronavirus disease 2019 Omicron variant in medical healthcare workers. A total of 633 patients were registered in this study: 206 patients chose ensitrelvir and 427 patients chose symptomatic treatment.
