The EI showed notable improvements at weeks 1, 2, and 4. The global evaluation score demonstrated a 75%-100% clinical improvement at Visit 4. Participants reported high satisfaction (6.75 ± 0.79) with the procedure. No adverse event or discomfort was reported.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Precision cryotherapy effectively improved acne lesions, which was safe and satisfactory for participants. These findings suggest its potential as an alternative therapeutic modality, especially for populations with limited treatment options.
