When comparing the usefulness of the P/N and S1N3 staging systems, a positive correlation was observed between the P stage and the N1S3 stage in both RFS and OS.</div><div>The extent of parotidectomy and concomitant neck dissection is still under discussion. Total parotidectomy and modified radical neck dissection did not improve RFS and OS.
