The second is facilitative dimension, which encompasses such competencies as facilitating a ‘synergy’, ‘student reflective and critical engagement’ and ‘long-term effects’ of feedback practices, highlighting teachers’ capacity of enabling and guiding the students, and making the feedback process more engaging.
