Abstract

This article formulates a problem to maintain time intervals between frames when extracting video frames from an input stream grouped in cyclic quasi-telemetric structures. The implementation of a software buffer or a set of video frame buffers is considered as a general approach to solve this problem. Several ways of implementing such buffers and controlling their in a system for processing and transmitting video information (VI) are proposed. Experimental research of these methods is conducted and recommendations on using them are proposed.
