摘要

研究了基于渐进失效分析方法的修补修复层压板修复公差的确定和验证。对 T700SC/EC240A 复合材料层压板的完整试样、穿孔试样和修复试样进行了轴向拉伸试验。使用三维 Hashin-Ye 失效准则的渐进式损伤退化模型对复合材料层压板在拉伸载荷作用下的损伤过程进行了数值模拟。提出了确定修补修复层压板修复容限的方法,并得出了复合材料层压板的修复上下限。波音公司的强度指标验证结果表明,所提出的修复公差确定方法是合理可行的。
