Data were analysed using reflexive thematic analysis.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Five themes were identified: limited access to community care; personal motivation; pandemic changed rehabilitation practice; perceptions of technology; and role of markerless technology for providing feedback.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>Participants identified problems associated with the access of community stroke rehabilitation, exacerbated by Covid-19 restrictions.
