摘要

我们报告了一例同时被诊断出患有浅表下咽癌和十二指肠、肝脏和臀中肌肾细胞癌复发的男性病例。他在接受内镜下粘膜下剥离术治疗下咽癌的同时,还接受了全身免疫疗法治疗复发的肾细胞癌,结果完全治愈了这两种恶性肿瘤。与放疗、化疗和手术等其他治疗方法相比,内镜下粘膜下剥离术创伤更小,治疗浅表下咽癌的时间更短。此外,内镜下粘膜下癌能充分有效地控制局部病变,预后良好,令人满意。
