目的：描述一例新血管性年龄相关性黄斑变性患者玻璃体内注射博路单抗后出现全厚黄斑孔的病例，该病例迄今尚未见报道：一名 65 岁的男性患者因右眼新生血管性黄斑变性接受了布鲁珠单抗的玻璃体内注射治疗。他按照原方案接受了多次玻璃体内抗血管内皮生长因子注射，结果出现了全厚黄斑孔：手术治疗：右眼玻璃体旁切除术。结论：尽管玻璃体内注射肉毒杆菌后出现全厚黄斑孔是一种不常见的并发症，但仍需谨慎对待。
