摘要

我们报告了一例来自保加利亚瓦尔纳的 24 岁女性感染人畜共患病线虫巩隆线虫的病例。就医前两天，患者发现自己的口腔黏膜上有一个丝状肿块，用舌头触碰时肿块会移动。她用手从下唇附近的粘膜中取出了一条线状虫体。医生为她开了三天的阿苯达唑处方。患者没有出国旅行或与动物接触史。据我们所知，这是我国报告的第六起病例。
