Biocatalysis and Enzyme Engineering is a core course for postgraduates majoring in bioengineering. Our teaching team established a \"dual-drive and dual-guide\" teaching model, that is, \"double drive\" (value-driven + innovation-driven) as the traction, this model integrated professional quality with industry needs, engineering ethics, and scientist spirit, combined theoretical teaching with research frontiers, industrial cases, and engineering practice, and incorporated thematic lectures, group peer evaluation, and review papers into course assessment.
