This study's optimal heatwave was defined as average temperature > 93rd percentile for ≥ 2 consecutive days, with AF of 7.40% (95% CI: 2.02%, 11.27%). Heatwave was associated with ureteral calculus morbidity in males and middle-aged adults. While heatwave effect was statistically insignificant in females and other age groups.
