This new model not only measures the technical efficiency levels of energy and other inputs simultaneously but also distinguishes the differences in technical efficiency levels among various inputs. Additionally, we have constructed a two-step Bayesian method to estimate this model. We applied the method proposed in this paper to study the technical efficiency of energy of Chinese provinces from 1997 to 2022. Among other findings, we observed that China’s technical efficiency of energy during this period exhibited an inverted U-shaped trend. 本文基于投入距离函数,建立了一个衡量能源技术效率的新模型。这一新模型不仅能同时测量能源和其他投入的技术效率水平,还能区分不同投入的技术效率水平差异。此外,我们还构建了一种两步贝叶斯方法来估计该模型。我们运用本文提出的方法研究了 1997 年至 2022 年中国各省的能源技术效率。研究发现,在此期间,中国的能源技术效率呈现倒 U 型趋势。能源的技术效率水平高于资本和劳动的技术效率水平,不同投入要素之间的技术效率水平差异并没有随着时间的推移而缩小。
