However, an improved technique during bridge restoration is needed due to the difficulties faced with dental dam isolation. A porcelain fused to zirconia bridge extending from the maxillary canine to the first molar was used to demonstrate the novel restoration technique in this case report. Split dam isolation lowers the relative humidity in the oral cavity, and PTFE blocks the gingival crevicular fluid.
