Then, 315 patients from an ophthalmic hospital were selected for investigation to analyze its reliability and validity.</p><p><strong>Findings: </strong>The positive coefficients for the 2 rounds of correspondence with experts were 100.00% and 95.83%, and the authority coefficients were 0.90 and 0.89. Kendall's coordination coefficient W values of 0.29 and 0.24 for the first and second rounds and the differences were statistically different (P < .05). The coefficient of variation was 0.14 and 0.10, respectively.
