Personalized customized 3D-printed prostheses have become an effective solution for solving many complex cases, and the flexible application of bone cement technology can also achieve satisfactory clinical results. 摘要

背景:目前,在治疗月骨无血管坏死时,常规手术在缓解疼痛和恢复腕关节功能方面作用较弱:镜像三维(3D)打印技术治疗月骨坏死鲜有报道,镜像3D打印月骨替代物和骨水泥技术用于治疗IIIb期月骨坏死在以往文献中鲜有报道。个性化定制的3D打印假体已成为解决许多复杂病例的有效方案,骨水泥技术的灵活应用也能取得满意的临床效果。作者报告了3例患者根据健侧月骨计算机断层扫描数据进行镜像打印月骨假体、通过小切口进行3D打印月骨假体置换、术中根据实际情况选择替代骨水泥技术的情况:结论:镜像三维打印技术缓解了Ⅲb期月牙骨坏死患者的疼痛,并使其功能得到了满意的恢复。
