Agreement rates above 70% were considered satisfactory.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The percentages of agreement of characteristics by clinical experts and developers were performance efficiency (90.5%), compatibility (100%) (both assessed only by the developers), functional suitability (78.5; 100%), usability (74.2; 82.7%), reliability (95.0; 82.3%) and security (87.6; 91.4%).
