Single-pulse mode-locking with a single-pulse energy of 68.6 nJ was demonstrated at a repetition frequency of 12.1 MHz with a spectral half-height width of 41.6 nm and a compressed pulse duration of 44 fs. Results were also obtained for bound-state and harmonic mode-locked pulses, both with post-compression pulse durations of less than 100 fs. The experiments provide validation of the dynamics of a wide range of pulses in Mamyshev lasers.
