The present study aimed to evaluate inflammation-based prognostic scores in patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer receiving first-line chemotherapy.</p><p><strong>Patients and methods: </strong>A total of 43 patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer undergoing first-line chemotherapy (gemcitabine+nab-paclitaxel and mFOLFIRINOX) in our institution were analyzed. Baseline clinicopathological and pre-treatment laboratory data were collected. The present study aimed to evaluate inflammation-based prognostic scores in patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer receiving first-line chemotherapy.

Patients and methods: A total of 43 patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer undergoing first-line chemotherapy (gemcitabine+nab-paclitaxel and mFOLFIRINOX) in our institution were analyzed.
