The aim of this study was to determine women's attitudes and preferences regarding family planning and the factors influencing them in the postpartum period.</p><p><strong>Method: </strong>A descriptive and correlational study was carried out. Data were collected using a personal information form and the Family Planning Attitude Scale in the online environment.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>According to the results of this study, the number of women who did not receive family planning counseling during pregnancy (42.6%) and the postpartum period (36.9%) was considerably high.
