Completed surveys from participants in the pilot program (n = 34) indicated a willingness to pay $25 to $50 per month to have continued access to a pharmacist. Surveyed individuals rated their likelihood of utilizing the concierge service at a mean rating of 8.6 (SD 1.88) on a scale of 1 to 10, although this rating dropped significantly when insurance did not cover the cost.
