摘要

摘要】目的总结北京协和医院开展姑息治疗整合护理的经验，为推广姑息治疗整合护理模式提供参考。方法收集北京协和医院接受整合姑息关怀的 20 例病例，总结这些病例的临床特点、开展整合姑息关怀的原因、整合姑息关怀的过程及反馈。结果综合姑息关怀团队协助医疗决策 17 例（85%），准备临终关怀 9 例（45%），协助转院 3 例（15%），并为所有 20 例病例提供舒适护理（100%）。结论综合姑息关怀模式有助于减轻临终患者的痛苦，并为患者家属和原有医疗团队提供支持。
