摘要

从 1-[2-甲基-4-甲硫基喹啉-3-基]丙-2-酮和 1-[2-甲基-4-(甲硫基)喹啉(苯环被取代)]开始,合成了新型希夫碱衍生物。为了得到含有 4-(甲硫基)基团的希夫碱衍生物,先将相应的 4-硫基喹啉-丙-2-酮和 3-(2-氯烯丙基)-4-硫基喹啉甲基化,然后将得到的 3-(2-氯烯丙基)-4-(甲硫基)喹啉中的氯烯丙基进行酸水解。
