摘要

目的:采用结构方程模型验证感受到的义务在包容性领导与临床护士关怀行为之间的中介作用:方法:对所有护士进行一般信息问卷、关怀行为量表、义务感量表和包容性领导力问卷调查。使用 AMOS 21.0 构建结构方程模型并分析感受到的义务的中介效应,使用 Bootstrap 方法检验中介效应模型:关爱行为、感受到的义务和包容性领导力的总分分别为(125.25±18.31)、(21.38±3.36)和(38.04±6.56)分。在包容性领导与护士关怀行为的关系中,感受到的义务起到了部分中介作用,中介效应占 43.5%:感受到的义务在包容性领导与护士关怀行为之间起到部分中介作用。护理管理者可以采用包容性领导的领导理念来提高护士的感受义务水平,从而更好地改善护士的关怀行为。
