It is shown that such parameters as color and oxidability are caused by organic substances, the presence of which in water correlates with solar activity in a certain way. Using cross-correlation and wavelet analyses, the existence of a moderate correlations between solar activity and turbidity, iron and manganese content, permanganate oxidability, and total organic carbon content is shown.
