摘要

目的:屋尘螨舌下免疫疗法(SLIT)对成人特应性皮炎(AD)的皮肤症状是否有效尚不清楚。方法:在常规AD治疗的基础上增加屋尘螨舌下免疫疗法,对10名对屋尘螨过敏的AD鼻炎患者进行为期2年的治疗:结果:10 名入选患者中有 7 人完成了研究。与治疗前和随访 24 个月时相比,湿疹面积和严重程度指数评分明显降低。使用 HDM 提取物进行的嗜碱性粒细胞活化测试中的 CD203c 比值、使用 HDM 提取物进行的皮肤点刺测试以及 Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus/Dermatophagoides farinae 特异性-IgG4 在治疗前和治疗后相比均有改善趋势:HDM SLIT 可能是对 HDM 敏感的 AD 鼻炎患者的一种治疗选择。
