Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma (KHE) is a vascular neoplasm characterized by abnormal angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis. Here, we present a case of a 19-month-old male with KHE of the right leg with bony involvement who was initially misdiagnosed with infantile hemangioma.
