Second, recursive process was designed for reconciliation between virtual device and real device. Two typical heat exchanger systems in nuclear plant were selected as case studies. Results show that the proposed reconciliation method decreases the system error in both stable and dynamic situations. Moreover, when implementing the new proposed data reconciliation method to a preheating system with two heat exchangers, it can converge to the specified residual error within 10 iterations. Papers submitted to Annals need to demonstrate a clear link to nuclear power generation/nuclear engineering. Papers which deal with pure nuclear physics, pure health physics, imaging, or attenuation and shielding properties of concretes and various geological materials are not within the scope of the journal. Also, papers that deal with policy or economics are not within the scope of the journal.
