The minimal diameters of the right and left pulmonary arteries of 1.3 mm and 1.1 mm, respectively, which were dilated using a 4-mm balloon catheter. Balloon angioplasty for bilateral severe peripheral pulmonary artery stenoses associated with chondrodysplasia punctata: a case report.
